Rules

1.
Parking must
be in marked spaces and only one vehicle may occupy each space. No
more than two vehicles (in a
single file one behind the other) may occupy a driveway and must
not have any part of the vehicles wheels touching the street.
2.
Parking on
any street in the community other than marked spaces is prohibited.
(If loading and unloading
items from your vehicle, you must have vehicle four ways flashing
and are limited to 20 minutes or your vehicle may be
towed.)
3.
Only vehicles
displaying valid handicapped license plate or permit may park in
marked handicapped spaces.
4.
The following
vehicles are prohibited
to be parked anywhere in the community:

Expired tagged
-
Improperly
tagged
-
Untagged
-
Junk
-
Unregistered
-
Inoperable
This
includes vehicles parked in any driveway or
yard.
5.
Vehicular
maintenance and/or repairs are prohibited anywhere in the community.
(This includes the basic oil
change, brake jobs and body
work.)
6.
Commercial
& Government vehicles are prohibited to be parked in the
community unless displaying an approved HOA permit. (Excluding commercial vehicles
providing a service and working on
site.)
7.
Parking on
any grass areas, sidewalks, and/or crosswalks is prohibited at all
times. (This includes all
yards and common areas) [If one or more of the vehicles' tires are
in any of the mentioned areas it will be
impounded]
IMPORTANT
NOTE:
It
is your responsibility as a homeowner to inform your guest &
your tenants of these rules.
8.
Parking in
marked guest spaces is limited to (48) forty-eight hours. No
exceptions!
9.
All reserved
parking spaces are all owned by Annapolis Walk HOA and are to be
used by the house number marked in that space. (If a vehicle is parked in your
assigned space or driveway with-out your permission, you can call
ABC Transport & Towing and have that vehicle removed. When the
towing company comes out, you must show proof of residency to the
tow truck operator i.e. your driver's license, BGE bill or cable
bill before they will remove the vehicle. A credit card deposit may
apply)
10.
Portable
storage units must be registered and approved by the HOA (i.e. PODs,
Door to Door, SmartBox, etc.) Any unapproved unit is subject to
removal and will be impounded at the homeowner's
expense.
11.
The speed
limit on all streets in our community is 25 mph. Violators may be
subject to an Annapolis Police Department speeding citation and
points on their driver's
license.
12.
ATV, dirt bikes, motorized scooters or any other
unregistered motorized vehicles are not to be stored outside and
are prohibited to be ridden anywhere in the community.
Vehicles in violation of these rules may be towed and
impounded at the owner's risk and expense. If vehicle is impounded
contact ABC Transport & Towing, 2406 Alton Lane, Annapolis, MD
21401 at 410-729-5400. Impound fees are payable in cash only and are
not to exceed $500. Vehicles are released during normal business
hours by appointment only.
IMPORTANT
NOTE:
It is your responsibility as a homeowner
to inform your guest & your tenants of these
rules.
If you see a vehicle in violation of these rules, you are
encouraged to anonymously report your findings in detail to the
HOA's Hotline at (410) 990-1150. (If there's no answer, please leave
a detailed message)
